Overview
We are looking for a Industry Data & AI professional with strong consulting and product-oriented thinking, capable of designing, building, and scaling end-to-end AI solutions across complex enterprise environments. The role requires hands-on technical depth combined with the ability to engage business stakeholders, lead discovery initiatives, and translate strategic objectives into robust, production-ready AI architectures.
The ideal candidate has experience delivering Data & AI solutions in one or more industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Pharma, and Healthcare, and is comfortable operating at the intersection of business value, data engineering, and modern AI technologies including LLMs, agentic systems, and cloud-native platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI use cases, map value streams, and define measurable business outcomes
- Translate business problems into scalable AI products with strong product thinking, clear roadmaps, and well-defined MVPLead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI use cases, map value streams, and define measurable business outcomes
- Translate business problems into scalable AI products with strong product thinking, clear roadmaps, and well-defined MVPs and iterations
- Design, build, and optimize AI solutions using modern AI frameworks (Llama Index, LangChain) and/or low-code/no code agentic platforms, including prompt engineering and LLM integrations
- Design and implement data engineering solutions, including data modeling
- Work across hyperscaler cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), leveraging foundation services as well as native Data & AI services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, UX, product, business) to ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions
- Contribute to best practices, standards, and architectural guidelines for enterprise-grade Data & AI and agentic systems and iterations
What you need to succeed
Experience in consulting or enterprise IT with Data & AI: Automotive, Manufacturing, Lifesciences, Oil & Gas, Pharma, Healthcare
Can run discovery workshops, map value streams, design end-to-end AI architecture: data pipelines, RAG, agents, agentic frameworks, telemetry
Strong product thinking
Experience with Prompt engineering
Experience with AI related technologies:
1. Python
2. Agentic frameworks: Llama index, LangChain, etc...
3. Vector DB
4. LLM integrations
5. Retrieval pipelines
6. Orchestration
Experience in Data Engineering:
1. Data Modeling
