Over two (2) immersive years, you'll dive deep into advanced supply chain engineering, exploring controls automation, robotics, test systems, and brilliant factory concepts. How You'll Create Possibilities

This position will be based in Louisville, KY. Your assignments may require occasional travel to our other manufacturing locations in Decatur, AL; Lafayette, GA; Selmer, TN; Camden, SC.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Complete four (4) six (6)-month rotational assignments in controls automation, robotics, test system engineering, and brilliant factory
  • Collaborate with leaders to achieve rotation goals and objectives and experience a dynamic hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Identify and implement technical and process improvements
  • Participate in project ideation, development, and execution
  • Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and autonomy
  • Lead cross-functional teams, influencing various business levels
  • Engage in regular feedback sessions and diverse training programs

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completion of a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering, or related field)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, at time of graduation.
  • Prior relevant work experience or internship/co-op
  • Algorithm prototyping and coding skills
  • Familiarity with industrial controls, preferably Allen Bradley
  • Understanding of least one CAD package, preferably Solidworks
  • Familiarity with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc
     

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electrical controls design and troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience with vision technologies
