    • Support the Product, Packaging and Lab teams on industrial constraints, and define batch sizes and appropriate equipment.

    • Act as the technical point of reference from the upstream phase (tenders) through to final acceptance.

  • Operational quality, packaging and dispute management:

    • Define acceptance criteria for packaging components.

    • Manage quality returns and non-conformities (internal, logistics or customer): identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive action plans with suppliers (bulk and packaging).

    • Negotiate the resolution of technical and quality disputes with suppliers (credit notes, rework, compliance upgrades).

    • Monitor the testing process, review batch records and ensure compliance of release certificates.

    • Take part in deviation investigations in collaboration with the contract manufacturers' Quality Assurance teams.

    • Track quality performance indicators (scrap rate, complaints, packaging compliance).

  • Performance & project management:

    • Implement industrial performance analysis tools to support decision-making.

    • Ensure deadlines, costs and quality standards are met.

    • Lead the planning and execution of industrialisation projects and cross-functional projects.

  • Technology watch: monitor technological, regulatory and industrial developments (processes, eco-packaging) to propose innovative solutions.

Key Results

  • Industrial excellence guaranteed in the manufacturing and filling of Typology products.

  • Operating procedures mastered, enabling efficient industrial transfer to new contract manufacturers and compliance with the highest quality standards.

  • A structured qualification method for new laboratories and suppliers in place, enabling production lines to scale.

Specific skills:

  • Supplier audits: solid background in auditing manufacturers and suppliers.

  • Technical negotiation: experience negotiating technical and quality topics with suppliers.

  • Problem solving: rigorous approach to root cause analysis and resolution.
