The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Industrial Security Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Tukwila, WA.
Join our team as an Industrial Security Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting activities within the Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) Facilities Security Officer team. Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
- Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action
- Assists Facility Security Officer (FSO) with basic duties and special projects
- Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures
- Assists in developing and conducting security awareness training and education programs to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
- 1+ years of experience working with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations manual (NISPOM) and in NISP related security programs
- Are you willing and able to travel domestically 5% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
- 3+ years of experience as assistant or alternate FSO
- DoD Top Secret security clearance

Summary Pay Range For Mid-Level: $94,350 - $127,650
Summary Pay Range For Senior Level: $119,000 - $161,000
