Industrial Scale House Administrator
Location: Keele and Langstaff - Vaughan - Brand New Facility
Shifts: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm; 1:30pm to 10:00pm and every other Saturdays
Expected Salary: $50,000K - 55,000K Range
The salary range shown above reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Here’s what we do…
CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again!
Here’s where you come in…
As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our Operations team. As am Industrial Scale House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact to our internal and external customers and will be responsible for administering the scale operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process trucks and material weights
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Maintain files
- Data entry
- Daily reporting
- Process documents
- Additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Diploma is an asset
- Minimum of one year previous administrative or customer service experience(can be part time experience)
- Strong customer service skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Word and Excel
- Strong accurate data entry skills
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

We are Public Transit accessible! CMI is located at Keele and Langstaff in Concord. A 20-minute bus ride from TTC Pioneer Village Subway Station in North York and a 10-15-minute bus ride from Rutherford GO Station in Vaughan. We will reimburse for York Region Transit if you need to pay a double fare

It sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America, keeping materials out of landfills and directing them into new uses. The company also operates recycling yards that handle the shipping and receiving of recycled metal, serving as a recycler and distributor of metal products.
