Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer Contractor to analyze, design, and implement improvements that increase manufacturing

- Reduce lead times, eliminate non-value-added activities, reduce WIP, and improve fill rates.
- Conduct capacity analyses for internal operations and suppliers, including headcount, equipment utilization, and space requirements.
- Use simulation software and analytical tools to model processes and support
decision-making.
- Design, implement, and maintain KPIs with internal customers and suppliers to support uninterrupted supply.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product supply issues.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, or process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with capacity analysis, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional manufacturing environments and with suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Skills Required
