主要工作职责
1. 负责半导体制造量产阶段的生产计划制定、执行与监控，保障生产流程高效运转，及时协调解决生产中的异常问题。
2. 基于工业工程理念，优化生产资源配置（人力、设备、物料），提升生产效率与产能利用率，降低生产成本。
3. 参与智能制造相关项目推进，对接生产数据系统，通过数据分析挖掘生产改进空间，助力生产流程数字化、智能化升级。
4. 与工程部，计划部，质量部等跨部门团队紧密协作，同步生产需求与供应链信息，确保量产产品交付周期与质量达标。
Qualifications1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，2024-2026届毕业生，工业工程、智能制造、机械工程、电子信息等相关专业优先。
2. 专业能力：
- 具备半导体制造行业生产管控（MPC）相关经验，熟悉半导体量产流程者优先；
- 掌握工业工程基础理论与方法（如流程优化、精益生产等），了解智能制造技术（如MES系统、生产自动化）应用逻辑；
- 具备扎实的IT基础，熟练使用SQL进行数据查询与分析，掌握Python/Java等至少一种编程语言者优先。
3. 语言能力：
- 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能作为工作语言与全球同事流畅沟通（如召开英文会议，撰写英文报告，同步英文工作邮件），确保跨区域协作高效顺畅。
- 掌握工业工程基础理论与方法（如流程优化、精益生产等），了解智能制造技术（如MES系统、生产自动化）应用逻辑；
4. 综合素质：
- 对半导体制造行业充满热情，具备较强的责任心与抗压能力；
- 拥有优秀的团队协作能力，善于跨部门沟通协调，能高效推动问题解决；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，能从生产数据中发现问题并提出改进方案。
