We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to optimize operational efficiency and profitability by accurately managing production capacity and product costs. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity and quality while reducing waste and lead time.

Job Duties

  • Partner closely with production and engineering teams to gain deep insights into existing operations, and design innovative solutions that meet and exceed Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.

  • Design and implement robust performance metrics and dynamic dashboards to monitor progress, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing capabilities, accurately calculate production capacities, and collaborate with the production control team to ensure seamless workflow optimization.

  • Drive labor productivity enhancements through the development and deployment of industry best practices and Lean Manufacturing principles.

  • Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify trends, predict outcomes, and support strategic decision-making in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

  • Manage cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and new product introductions, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based upon data.

  • MES and ERP knowledge preferred.

  • SQL, Python, MATLAB, programming skills preferred.

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Automation experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and time management skills.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

  • Ability to work in cleanroom environment wearing cleanroom gowns when needed.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Location

This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
