The successful candidate will be able to team with others from a diverse set of backgrounds and interests and will be able to collaborate with persons from a wide variety of skill sets and experiences. Your individual contribution and team leadership is essential to meet site KPI goals and drive efficiency improvement of manufacturing and business processes. Position Responsibilities:
  • Daily Status Tracking: The Industrial Engineer is responsible for monitoring daily progress and ensuring alignment with project goals. We risk losing visibility into project status.
  • NCR Status Management: This role manages NCRs, facilitating root cause analysis and corrective actions. The absence of this position will hinder our ability to address quality issues promptly. As noted, the program has had multiple issues in tracking and daily status report out of existing NCRs. Additionally, multiple processes have yet to be developed, tracked, and reviewed for overall success.
  • Daily Task Accomplishments: The Industrial Engineer defines and prioritizes daily tasks, ensuring team focus on high-impact activities. Without this role, coordination and accountability will suffer. Current state has led to just tracking what NCRs are signed off, but no impact to overall end of sight product delivery.
  • Schedule Development: The Industrial Engineer develops and maintains the project schedule, identifying critical path activities and resource allocation. The lack of this position will create challenges in maintaining an accurate schedule.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by manager or site/shift lead
