About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven RPA & BI / Analytics Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives through automation, data analytics, and intelligent reporting. This role is responsible for designing and programming software bots that eliminate administrative waste, improve operational efficiency, and streamline repetitive business processes. The position also converts manufacturing and business data into actionable insights through dashboards, analytics, and visualization tools.

 

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions for administrative and operational process automation.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency through software bots and automation.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and visual analytics for business and manufacturing operations.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems including ERP, MES, databases, and business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and analytics opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through digital solutions and process optimization.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automation and reporting solutions.
  • Document automation workflows, analytics standards, and technical specifications.
  • Promote digital transformation culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, data visualization, and process automation.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with systems integration with SAP/ERP, MES connection, IoT, and/or manufacturing execution systems.
