This position is responsible for achieving industrial sales target for Philippines and responsible for:
- Identify and penetrate the following influencers in industrial segment.
- FEED/EPC
- Project owners/Consultant
- Main contractor and fabricator
- Work closely with them to provide the technical data and product information to implement the specifications and manage bidding processes
- Develop segment specification plan to achieve the allocated sales target by the following
- Identify annual specification and sales potential, key projects, and specification key stake holders such FEED, EPC, consultant and owner.
- Plan specifications activities such as visits, seminars and lunch presentations.
- Develop specification pack for the various specification stake holders and ensure the materials are always updated with the stake holders
- Support new marketing initiatives and product launches to specification stakeholders
- Ensure specified projects are constantly updated and engage key distributors and insulation contractors to secure the job
Professional Skills - Essential
Male/Female, age 31-35 year-old
Fluent in English communication and presentation
Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in faculty of Engineering (Mechanical engineering or chemical engineering) or related fields
Driving licence
Able to work upcountry
Have experience in insulation market or industrial construction will be an advantage
Professional Skills – Desirable
• Working experience with key decision makers; FEED, EPC, Plant owner or main contractor networking for at least 3 years
• Handle multiple FEED, EPC and main contractor in industrial segment
• Identify and penetrate the following influencers in Industrial Technical Insulation (ITI) segment
• Work closely with key decision makers to provide the technical data and product information to implement the specifications and manage bidding processes
• Knowledge of insulation business is a plus
