We are nationally recognized for the high-quality of our programs and comprehensive approach to serving youth. Whether you’re joining our administrative team, a Clubhouse team, a school-based team, or our Camp Mendocino team, you’ll be surrounded by enthusiastic, talented, and passionate colleagues who wake up every day ready to inspire young people to reach their full potential.

Position Purpose

BGCSF is seeking an Individual Giving Manager (IGM) with a proven track record of implementing annual campaigns, securing financial support from individuals, and implementing donor-relations strategies. In partnership with other members of the development team and working under the direction of the SVP of Development and other department leaders, the IGM will implement our individual giving program to base donors. The IGM will be responsible for stewarding and cultivating relationships with certain existing donors, maintaining a list of prospective donors, and leading annual fund campaigns.
