Job Responsibilities:

Join us as an Indirect Buyer and play a key role in securing competitive, sustainable, and compliant sourcing solutions that support our operations. In this position, you will manage both strategic and operational procurement activities while collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.

As an Indirect Buyer, you will be responsible for driving both strategic and operational procurement activities across a broad range of indirect categories. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to secure competitive, sustainable, and compliant sourcing solutions while supporting regional purchasing activities and contributing to global procurement initiatives.

Your role will involve leading sourcing activities and supplier negotiations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and building long-term supplier relationships. You will also play an important part in continuously improving procurement processes and ensuring alignment with business needs and procurement standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage procurement activities within indirect services, including engineering services, IT, facility management, marketing, and indirect materials. [
  • Support regional indirect purchasing activities and contribute to global procurement initiatives.
  • Lead tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procurement regulations.
  • Select, develop, and maintain long-term supplier partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
  • Monitor supplier performance, contractual commitments, and purchasing data while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working in an international environment and building strong supplier relationships. You combine analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented approach and are comfortable driving initiatives independently while collaborating with stakeholders across different functions.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:

  • Experience in procurement, preferably within indirect purchasing, including international supplier and sourcing activities.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing processes, contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and contract law.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or Coupa.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive cost optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial environments.
  • A degree in procurement, supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience from the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO, ASPICE, or TISAX.
  • Experience leading complex sourcing projects in a global organization.
  • Business finance knowledge or training.
