We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Communications & Employee Engagement Manager to drive strategic internal communications, leadership messaging, employee engagement, and organizational events. This role will partner closely with India leadership to develop and execute communication strategies that align with business priorities, strengthen organizational culture, and enhance employee experience.
Partner with India leadership and key stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop effective communication strategies.
Create and execute communication plans supporting strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
Develop leadership messaging, executive presentations, speeches, and communication materials.
Translate complex business, operational, and scientific information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
Manage and maintain India intranet platforms, SharePoint sites, and internal communication channels.
Develop engaging content including newsletters, announcements, articles, and multimedia assets.
Maintain an annual communications and events calendar.
Ensure timely, relevant, and consistent messaging across all internal communication platforms.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, leadership forums, town halls, and corporate events.
Coordinate leadership visits and stakeholder engagement activities.
Manage end-to-end event execution including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and communications.
Foster a strong culture of collaboration and employee connection across the organization.
Create compelling content and visual assets aligned with corporate branding guidelines.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all communications.
Support corporate participation in external events, conferences, and employer branding initiatives.
Leverage tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Express to create impactful communications.
Define communication KPIs and performance metrics.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven communication strategies.
Build strong relationships with leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and communication partners.
Negotiate contracts and oversee budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery of communication programs.
Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Relevant years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Marketing Communications, or related areas.
Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Clinical Research, CRO, or related industries preferred.
Proven expertise in executive communications, content development, and presentation creation.
Strong experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Express, and communication analytics tools.
Excellent writing, storytelling, visual communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Self-driven, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
