Job Summary:

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage business operations, drive performance optimization, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models (both supervised and unsupervised) to address complex business challenges.
• Data Handling: Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation while analyzing large datasets for insights.
• Anomaly Detection & Time Series: Develop models for anomaly detection and perform time series analysis.
• Deployment: Package and deploy AI/ML models as APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and business analysts, leading project teams.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and gather requirements for successful delivery.
• Communication: Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of AI/ML advancements to enhance model performance.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.
• Technical Skills: Utilize Python, PySpark, SQL, Excel, and Databricks for data analysis and model deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Relevant experience in the required domain. 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, Excel; experience with anomaly detection and time series analysis.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• API Deployment Experience: Familiarity with packaging models as APIs; experience with Databricks is preferred.
• Advanced Knowledge: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
