Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve set targets and expand the customer base.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our services, particularly in parcel delivery and logistics, to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions, sales processes, and outcomes. Utilize CRM data to optimize sales efforts and client management.
- Networking and Relationships: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build contacts and promote our services.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results. Offer insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies and client engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in parcel delivery, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with CRM systems.
