We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Independently Contracted Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve set targets and expand the customer base.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  4. Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our services, particularly in parcel delivery and logistics, to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients.
  5. CRM Utilization: Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions, sales processes, and outcomes. Utilize CRM data to optimize sales efforts and client management.
  6. Networking and Relationships: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build contacts and promote our services.
  7. Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results. Offer insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in parcel delivery, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet potential clients and close sales deals.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven approach.
