Job Purpose and Role

MedAuditz, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Partner to support the growth of our revenue-cycle management and credentialing services.

This role is responsible for identifying prospective healthcare clients, presenting MedAuditz’s services, developing qualified opportunities and helping close new service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and engage physician groups, behavioral-health organizations, psychiatry practices, ABA providers and other healthcare organizations
  • Connect with practice owners, administrators, executives and operations leaders
  • Educate prospective clients about MedAuditz’s revenue-cycle management and credentialing solutions
  • Conduct discovery conversations and sales presentations with support from MedAuditz leadership
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare decision-makers
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects consistently
  • Help move qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the company’s CRM
  • Collaborate with MedAuditz leadership to ensure a smooth transition from sales to client onboarding

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
    • Healthcare
    • Revenue-cycle management
    • Medical billing
    • Provider credentialing
    • Healthcare SaaS or technology
    • Medical or behavioral-health services
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prospect, qualify opportunities and manage the sales cycle independently
  • Comfortable working within a commission-based compensation structure
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and follow-through skills
  • Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using email, telephone, LinkedIn and CRM technology for outreach and pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to physician groups, behavioral-health organizations, psychiatry practices or ABA providers
  • Familiarity with medical billing, denials, accounts receivable, payment posting and provider credentialing
  • Existing professional relationships with healthcare owners, executives, administrators or consultants
  • Understanding of healthcare operations and the challenges affecting reimbursement
  • Experience selling outsourced professional services with recurring monthly revenue

Compensation

  • Commission-only compensation with no base salary
  • Independent-contractor arrangement
  • Commission equal to 15% of revenue collected by MedAuditz during the first 12 months from each eligible, self-sourced client
  • No cap on the number of clients or total commissions earned
  • Commissions are paid after MedAuditz receives the applicable client payment
  • Full terms, exclusions and payment conditions will be documented in a written commission agreement

Work Location and Schedule

  • Fully remote
  • Flexible schedule based on prospect and client availability
  • U.S.-based candidates preferred
  • International candidates with demonstrated experience selling healthcare services to U.S. organizations may also be considered
  • Independent-contractor/freelance arrangement
