About Team:
Enterprise Business Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience. Within EBS, this role will be aligned to the finance vertical and will be cutting across Tax, AP, AR audit and compliance functions for all financial tranactions for stores and ecommerce operations spread across United States and other 26 countries including South Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico.
What you'll do:
- Defines, owns, and drives very complex, large-scale strategic programs/portfolios and executes lifecycles
- Defines a program implementation strategy that impacts an entire domain across the enterprise.
- Identifies and addresses cross-pillar gaps (for example, dependencies, performance).
- Defines frameworks and guidelines to identify synergies, overlap, and waste across the enterprise.
- Advises and brokers agreement on end-to-end, high-level system/solution design of complex systems through an understanding of end-to-end systems.
- Validates and provides solutions to complex problems by conducting impact analysis.
- Analyzes the short- and long-term impacts of end-to-end architecture on initiatives and on adjacent areas/domains and recommends solutions.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience in software development and at least 5+ years of experience in Technical program management.
- Have prior experience in managing high performing agile technology teams.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exposure to CI/CD development environments/tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins will be an added advantage
