About Team
We are seeking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of robust Search Systems. In this role, you'll work across software development, backend engineering, and machine learning (ML) operations to deliver scalable, high-performing search solutions. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists to deploy and integrate machine learning models, optimize backend services, and shape the architecture of cutting-edge search systems.

What You Will Do:
Design, build, and maintain scalable search and backend systems.
Develop, deploy, and manage machine learning models in collaboration with data science teams.
Optimize system performance for search algorithms and ML pipelines.
Ensure seamless integration between APIs, services, and ML models.
Lead and contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
