Responsibilities

• Multi-Purpose Request and NPI (New Product Introduction) Phase:
  • Support the Request for Measurement of Material/Tool/Jig/Fixture.
  • Review Data and Supervise Inspection Method to IQA Supervisor and IQA Inspector.
  • Support measuring of FAI (First Article Inspection)
  • To prepare/carry out/report Component First Article Inspection (FAI) activities for all projects and to review supplier FAIs to ensure they meet company requirements.
  • Any other jobs assigned by immediate Supervisor.
• Mass Production Phase:
  • To ensure Incoming Quality Assurance activities function effectively
  • Liaison/Cooperate with Engineer/SQE/Planner/Purchaser person of internal material quality issue.
  • Review Inspection Data from R&D and Product Engineer and feedback/align Inspection Criteria.
  • Create IQA BoM Matrix (Inspection Item).
  • Create IQA Work Instruction of each Material Part Number.
  • Maintain and Improve Traceability Inspection Record System (APEX, MES, AGILE).
  • Perform RoHS compliant verified cation at product level on sampling basis.
  • Cooperate with SQE for any problems of material against Supplier.
  • Take the lead with SQE of driving the Supplier Improvement Team to achieve the target and goal (8D development and review for equipment related incidents with focus on Root Cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.) and CAPA)
  • Support Internal/External Audit of 3rd Party (Certification Body) and Customer.
  • Review programs of Quality, Environment Health and Safety, Risk & Opportunities Assessment.
  • Supervise/Train IQA Supervisor and IQA Inspector on any tasks/problems.
  • Conduct training and certification of IQA inspectors (together with OJT Trainer) / update the skill matrix.
  • Manage the Non-conformance material to ensure the necessary actions have been taken to prevent recurrence of the issues.
  • Compile Incoming Quality data by monitor and drive IQA LAR/DPPM performance to ensure it meets the goals (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly).
• Equipment Maintenance and Development
  • Maintenance/Calibrate (External and Internal) Equipment, Tool, Fixture. Assist of maintaining and arrange all measuring instruments, Tool, Jix Fixture for external calibration.
  • To assure use measuring equipment and testing equipment that is pass calibration, Verification of Certificate Method conforms to requested specification.
  • Perform Lesson Learn from the calibration calculating and mistake to make measurements equipment has more accuracy.
  • Study an Uncertainty of Measurement of Calibration Laboratory to assess uncertainty of the measurements in the factory.
  • Responsible on supervise and set up specification for Measuring and Test Equipment verification.
  • Responsible for Data collection for SPC monitoring to ensure the measurement instruments are within Cpk control.
  • Study opportunity of new Equipment/Method in to increase IQA Capability.
  • Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Engineering or Science.
  • Recommended experience of Incoming Quality Assurance/Control (IQA, IQC) for at least 3 – 8 years. Have Knowledge of Material Specification: Optical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics in Fiber Optic, Laser, Telecommunication, Electronics Manufacturing.
  • Familiar with Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025, ISO14001, ISO45001, TL9000, RBA (Responsible Business Alliance). Additional Safety Label of UL or TUV will be an advantage.
  • Have Skill/Technical of Sampling Plan (Zero Acceptance, C=0), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), FAI (First Article Inspection) or PPAP, Measurement Instrument (including 3D), Drawing Interpretation (GD&T), ESD (Electro-Static Discharge), RoHS & REACH, IPC-A-610, MS. Office, ERP System (SAP/Oracle)
  • Have good communication skill of Speaking, Reading, Writing both Local and English languages.
  • Abel to work flexible hours (Ex. US Time, EU Time, … etc.) and special tasks as Manager request.
