Position OverviewAll Hands Consulting is seeking experienced Incident Management Team (IMT) professionals to join our Response Cadre, a roster of deployable emergency management specialists available to support clients during active disasters and major incidents.
Response Cadre members may be deployed to support Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), Incident Command Posts (ICPs), and crisis management teams during disaster response, recovery operations, and major planned events.
This is a deployment-based consulting role, ideal for experienced emergency management professionals who want to support real-world disaster operations on an as-needed basis.
Candidates will be placed on a qualified roster for rapid deployment opportunities nationwide.

Deployment responsibilities may include:
Support incident operations using National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) frameworks.
Assist in the activation and operation of Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs).
Support incident coordination, operational planning, and situational awareness activities.
Develop or support Incident Action Plans (IAPs) and operational period briefings.
Coordinate with Emergency Support Functions (ESFs), partner agencies, and operational stakeholders.
Track and manage resources, personnel, and operational priorities during incident operations.
Assist clients in establishing or strengthening incident management structures.
Support operational documentation including SITREPs, status boards, and situation updates.
Contribute to after-action reviews and operational improvement recommendations.
7+ years of professional experience in emergency management, disaster response, public safety, homeland security, or a related field.
Experience working within an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or Incident Management Team (IMT).
Strong understanding of ICS/NIMS incident management principles.
Ability to operate in high-tempo operational environments during disasters or complex incidents.
ICS-300 and ICS-400 training completed.
All-Hazards Position Specific Training for ICS positions.
Completed Position Task Books (PTB).
Experience supporting state, local, tribal, territorial, or private sector incident operations.
Experience supporting disaster recovery or continuity operations.
Candidates must be able to:
Deploy within 12–72 hours of notification.
Remain deployed for up to 30 days depending on operational needs.
Work 12-hour operational shifts during incident response.
Travel to incident locations anywhere within the United States or internationally.
Operate in EOCs, field environments, or temporary operational facilities.

Operational tempo and mission duration
Travel expenses and per diem may be provided based on assignment.
