About The Role
 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Incentives Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for our incentives and rewards platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer engagement goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize campaigns (e.g., coupons, rebates) that drive customer loyalty and business growth, leveraging a data-driven approach and a deep understanding of incentive programs..

Your Daily Tasks will Entail:
  • Product Roadmap & Strategy: Lead the development and management of the incentives product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals while staying ahead of industry trends and customer expectations.

  • Campaign Management: Own the setup and optimization of reward campaigns (coupons, rebates, etc.), ensuring seamless user experiences and measurable impact.

  • Backlog Management: Own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives in alignment with stakeholders (both internal and external), and ensure timely delivery of key features.

  • Customer-centric focus: Drive initiatives that enhance the customer journey, optimize user experience, and enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention while delivering clear ROI for the business.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies, create business cases, and secure approvals from senior leadership.

  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collect and document product requirements, ensuring clear and actionable acceptance criteria for successful execution.

  • Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the incentives platform, from ideation and design to launch, iteration, and scaling.

  • Agile Collaboration: Independently write and approve user stories within an Agile framework, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives.

  • Cross-functional teamwork: Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to deliver high-impact incentive solutions..

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating to enhance product capabilities.

  • KPI Alignment & Reporting: Ensure product roadmaps align with defined KPIs, providing regular updates and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, within the incentives or loyalty programs space. 

  • Expertise in reward tools, campaign management systems, such as accounting, tax, financial reporting, and invoicing.

  • Proven track record of organizational and product management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Exceptional written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of building rapport and fostering collaboration.

  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering customer-centric solutions.
