We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to handle inbound sales opportunities across assigned campaigns. This role is responsible for engaging interested customers, identifying their needs, recommending the right solutions, and maximizing revenue opportunities through consultative selling.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, focusing on conversions, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation
    • Handle inbound sales inquiries from prospective and existing customers
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Recommend products and services aligned with customer needs
    • Maximize revenue through effective consultative selling
    • Contribute to improving sales scripts and conversion processes
  • Customer Engagement & Needs Analysis
    • Use active listening to understand customer goals and preferences
    • Ask discovery questions to uncover sales opportunities
    • Provide tailored product recommendations
    • Build trust and confidence throughout the buying process
  • Quality & Performance
    • Meet campaign-specific KPIs, sales goals, and quality standards
    • Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
    • Maintain professionalism under pressure
    • Participate in coaching, training, and feedback sessions
  • Team Collaboration & Growth
    • Participate in team initiatives and sales campaigns
    • Share best practices and winning techniques
    • Embrace feedback for continuous improvement
    • Adapt to changing priorities and new assignments

  • Experience: Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Sales Skills: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close inbound opportunities
