As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will manage inbound leads, engage potential customers, maintain lead information in the CRM, collaborate with Account Executives, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies. Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively process inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure a swift response to customer inquiries;
  • Engage with potential customers through different channels, providing them with initial product information and assessing their needs;
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information to facilitate seamless communication and tracking;
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to manage their daily schedules and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads;
  • Provide valuable feedback on leads to improve our sales strategies and enhance customer engagement;
  • Work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, take the initiative to get things done, try new approaches, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.

Core requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Strong interpersonal, team-working, and customer service skills;
  • Good time management and analytical skills;
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English;
  • Can-do attitude & a sense of humor.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1490- 2480 EUR/Month. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
