QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or a related field; advance degree preferred. .
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong technical expertise in IMS protocols, including SIP, RTP, Diameter, HSS and related technologies.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage. multiple initiatives/projects in execution of daily operations
- Strong technical knowledge: ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and HSS technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions in a faced environment
