Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Review shipment information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Validate and reconcile shipment, customs, and product-related data.
• Investigate and follow up on data discrepancies and missing information.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, and related documentation.
• Support preparation and maintenance of product descriptions and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal operational teams.
• Monitor and follow up on pending actions to support timely customs clearance.
• Support data maintenance, reporting, and day-to-day import/export operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Specialist Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, trade operations, or related operational roles.
• Experience reviewing shipment documents and operational data.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
