Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Support end-to-end order fulfillment from order entry to final delivery, ensuring alignment with customer commitments and agreed service levels.
- Monitor and improve Order Fulfillment KPIs, including:
- On-Time Delivery (OTD) / OTIF
- Order Cycle Time, Backorders and Delay Root Cause Analysis
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate order processing, confirmed delivery dates, and proactive customer communication.
- Support sales planning by aligning order priorities with inventory availability and shipment schedules.
Import & Export Operations
- Manage and support day-to-day Import and Export activities to ensure smooth execution of shipment plans and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers regarding bookings, dispatched shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Manage freight forwarding and customs clearance brokers for all types of Import & Export including Finished Goods, Project Cargo (Machinery), and Spare Parts, ensuring proper documentation and customs clearance.
- Track shipment status and resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
Supply Chain & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless flow of orders and shipments.
- Support alignment between demand, inventory readiness, shipment planning, and customer delivery expectations.
- Identify bottlenecks across the supply chain and support corrective actions to improve service levels and reduce lead times.
Performance Management
- Prepare and maintain Export operational reports covering:
- Orders, Shipment and delivery status
- Analyze performance trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Insurance & Compliance
- Support marine and land insurance management, including policy administration, renewals, claims coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and international trade regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Team Support
- Support process improvement initiatives related to sales operations, order management, and logistics efficiency.
- Assist in SOP updates, system accuracy, and data quality improvements.
- Act as backup to the line manager and provide operational support to team members as needed.
Experience :
- 7–10 years in Supply Chain / Logistics / Sales Operations.
- FMCG industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands‑on Import & Export experience in Saudi Arabia, including customs, re‑export, and port operations.
- Strong Order Management background (order flow, allocation, shipment planning).
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and distributors.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Shipment tracking tools and logistics dashboards.
Soft Skills
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow‑up.
- Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage pressure, delays, and escalations professionally.
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
