Import/Export Logistics Specialist Responsibilities:
- Transportation Management: Coordinating shipping, selecting carriers, and planning routes for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for timely shipment delivery.
- Compliance & Customs: Ensure all imports/exports adhere to international and local trade regulations, including tariffs and licenses.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Managing the end-to-end flow of materials, including purchasing receiving process, tracking, and receipt.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading (air waybill), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Process Optimization: Analyzing data to improve logistical efficiency, reduce operating costs, and solve disruptions.

- Experience: Generally requires 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
