What Will you be doing: 

  • Maintain infrastructure data related to supply chain, Inventory, serial transactions, procurement and planning processes 
  • Provide quick support to inventory interfaces transactions, Procurement issues, ASN's, Inventory Counts   
  • Support Planning run and results analysis 
  • Participate in the testing and validation of Oracle implementations to ensure quality and functionality 
  • Engage in ongoing learning to expand your knowledge of Oracle products and best practices 
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers on client engagements 
Requirements

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, industrial engineering, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to provide best practice solutions 
  • Globally view of all logistic modules and their effects on each other 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules: Inventory management, Procurement (Expense & Inventory), Planning, Integrations 
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data retrieval and analysis. 
  • Familiar with Oracle WMS

More details per module  

Must have good knowledge of the following modules, Setup wise and hands on any transactions:  

Inventory  

  • Setup of inventory org & subinventory including Inter Org parameters  
  • Transactions - ASN's, Transfer Orders, Recieving (TO/PO), Shipping (TO/SO), Investigation of transactions that are stuck  
  • Pending transactions 
  • Item Cost 
  • Inventory - Serials investigations   
  • OIC - knowledge of interfaces  

Procurement (Inventory & Expense)  

  • PR—> PO process  
  • Create Purchase categories  
  • Knowledge with approval process/groups  
  • Global Procurement  

Planning - setup, options,  

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, industrial engineering, or a related field
