Join us to build the future of B2B commerce!
BEES is AB InBev’s B2B platform. Through our ecosystem, merchants and retailers across 29 countries can stock their businesses quickly, easily, and securely.
At BEES, we dream big, lead with purpose, and develop technology that transforms the way retailers and sellers grow.
Every line of code and every partnership is built in service of a single mission: to make commerce better for retailers and sellers around the world. Here, your work is not just important. It makes a difference!
About the teamThese three roles own a partner implementation together. Implementation Management owns the plan from kickoff to Hypercare exit. Product Consulting translates the partner’s operating model into BEES capabilities. Implementation Engineering configures and lands the technical delivery so integrations run in production. One owner per decision: plan, fit, and system.
About the roleYou are the owner of a partner’s implementation, from kickoff to Hypercare exit. You run the timeline and are the single point of escalation. You do not own fit-gap (Product Consulting) and you do not land the integration in production (Implementation Engineering) — you own the plan, the commitments, and the SE → TCS handoff.
What you'll do- Own the partner implementation from kickoff through Hypercare exit: timeline, milestones, dependencies and partner coordination.
- Get technical feasibility agreed with KAM / Commercial before any commitment is made to the partner.
- Hold pillar owners accountable; be the single point of escalation when a commitment slips.
- Own the SE → TCS handoff and the standard implementation playbook — so the next partner does not start from a blank page.
- Protect the go-live date without accepting a technically infeasible scope.
- Leading KPI: on-time go-live rate ≥ 90%. Supporting: Hypercare exit quality and 3P cost.
- Experience running multi-workstream implementations to external customers, through go-live and hypercare / stabilisation.
- Delivery method depth: RAID, dependencies, steering rhythm, and partner coordination.
- Standing to hold pillar owners to commitments without hiding behind a RACI.
- Comfort working with KAM / Commercial on feasibility before a commitment is sold.
- Advanced English and Spanish skills (written and spoken).
- Prior BEES, TCS or Professional Services delivery.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or CSM — desirable, not a gate.
- Experience handing work from a build team to a run / support team.
- Knowledge in API and ERP.
- You chase decisions, not status.
- You escalate early, with a recommendation attached.
- A plan without a feasible scope is the failure mode this role exists to close.
