Description

Position: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Customer Experience

TGR Solutions, Inc. designs and builds autonomous robots for regulated environments and is based in the heart of Los Angeles, California. TGR develops robotics solutions from the ground up and builds integrated systems that help organizations apply robotics and AI to demanding work.

TGR’s flagship product line, the A1 ADIBOT, is a fully autonomous UV-C disinfection robot that is deployed in facilities around the world.  TGR team members come from diverse disciplines and backgrounds and share a hands-on approach to building robotics products.

Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist, Life Sciences brings ADIBOT autonomous UV-C disinfection robots into GMP environments and makes them part of how each site runs. A new robot in a classified area changes a validated state, so the job is as much about change control, qualification, and documentation as it is about operator training.

You will own each life sciences account on site from purchase order through its first 90 days. You will work with the customer's QA, Validation, Microbiology, Facilities, EHS, and Operations teams, and with TGR Customer Success, Technical Support, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Plan each deployment around the customer's contamination control strategy and change control process, so the robot enters the site as a documented, risk-assessed addition to its cleaning and disinfection program.

• Assess site readiness before delivery, including classified areas, airlocks, material transfer routes, doorways, charging, network access, and the rules for running cycles.

• Supply the technical package for the customer's change control: equipment description, UV-C safety data, and inputs to the risk assessment.

• Support the customer's QA team on site through IQ/OQ/PQ while they execute and approve the protocols.

• Become the subject matter expert on the robot and its disinfection protocols. Advise QA and Microbiology on available measurement options, such as dosimetry and cycle records, within TGR-approved claims, and supply robot cycle records for the validation package.

• Answer QA questions on how cycle records are generated, stored, and exported.

• Train and certify operators in UV-C safety, and help the customer write SOPs, work instructions, and training records.

• Review fleet data with each customer, resolve operational bottlenecks, and identify areas for expansion.

• Notify customers of firmware updates and support their change assessment before and after each update.

• Hand each account to Customer Success at day 90 with open items, training records, and a utilization baseline.

• Bring field learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, microbiology or biotechnology, or equivalent work experience.

• 2 to 4 years of field-based, customer-facing technical work, ideally in pharma, biotech, or medical device manufacturing.

• Working knowledge of gowning and work inside classified areas, plus ISO 14644, EU GMP Annex 1, and good documentation practice under GMP regulations.

• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and change control, whether you wrote, executed, or supported the protocols.

• Hands-on experience deploying or servicing complex machinery, and confidence troubleshooting hardware and software on site. Network troubleshooting experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with environmental monitoring and cleaning validation.

• Clear technical writing for SOPs, work instructions, and training records.

• Ability to travel 60%, including some weekends.
