Skills Required
- Associate's degree or similar experience
- Experience in a professional in-person customer service role (account management, implementation, etc.)
- Experience with work-related travel
- Experience working with software (troubleshooting, triage, learning software systems)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Word experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication (comfortable with C-level audiences)
- Ability to coach and train large groups
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and create creative solutions
- Experience in the automotive industry
