You will
- Work cross-funcationally with Sales, Client Development, Member Outreach, Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Support, Revenue Cycle, and Analytics to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience.
- Develop comprehensive implementation project plans from initial discovery sessions through post-launch support.
- Demonstrate expertise navigating conversations about member workflows, data integrations and transfers, configuration requirements, and benefit design.
- Use data to track implementation performance, inform decision making, and measure project success.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, communicate project status, address open issues, and facilitate regular updates including risks to delivery.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to drive scalability and refine internal playbooks.
You are

- Knowledgeable about how health plans serve members across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
You have
- 6+ years of experience in a project management, implementation, client services, or operations role at a in healthcare services or management consulting company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- A bias towards action and intrinsic motivation to move work forward.
- Strong problem solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and evaluating potential solutions
- Experience using project management tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, and/or Clickup a plus
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a startup or small company environment
- Understanding of the telehealth and nutrition spaces
