Why we need youWe’re building the last-mile delivery infrastructure for cutting-edge therapeutics—think cell and gene therapies—and we need a hands-on Implementation Lead to make it real. You’ll work directly with Sales and our Product + Engineering teams to shepherd pilot customers through the full launch process, ensuring seamless onboarding, rapid feedback loops, and delivery excellence.

Proactively managing project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
Continuously improving implementation frameworks, documentation, and workflows to drive scalability and efficiency.
Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams to surface feedback and inform product improvements.
Supporting early-stage customer success initiatives and building foundations for a repeatable, high-touch delivery model.
3+ years of experience in implementation management, solutions delivery, or technical onboarding roles.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with external clients.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep attention to detail and a passion for process design and optimization.
Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or B2B software deployments.
Startup or early-stage company experience is a major plus.
