Cleerly is creating a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Our technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks.
At Cleerly, we collaborate digitally and use a wide variety of systems. Our people use Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video, prior experience in these areas is a plus. About Us:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager to join our team. In
this role, you will both be responsible for supporting the implementation of our technology
solutions for clients and ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead onboarding and implementation process for new clients, working closely with
Senior Implementation Managers, Sales, Solutions Architects, and other team members
to ensure timely and successful deployment and utilization of our solutions.
● Collaborate with clients to implement workflows as defined by the Solution Architect and
Clients, set expectations for path to launch, and provide/schedule training for Clients
with various teams at Cleerly like Medical Affairs, Technical, and Market Access.
● Monitor and report on implementation progress weekly via dashboards and executive
summaries.
● Completes all project plan tasks, coordinates trainings, and schedules virtual or onsite
meetings as needed.
● Collaborate cross functionally to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during
the process to achieve the most efficient launch.
● Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients are fully satisfied and comfortable
with the product.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
● 3-4 years of experience in a implementation manager role in a related field
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and
work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced
environment.

● Experience with SalesForce, Taskray or Smartsheets
● Experience with healthcare systems, providers or imaging centers
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
