WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Design and build end-to-end customer solutions, combining automation logic with thoughtful UI/UX and user interaction flows
- Build and evolve customer-specific solutions within their Tonkean environments during the service phase
- Translate customer requests and business intent into complete, user-facing Tonkean solutions
- Use AI-enabled internal tools to support solution design, configuration, testing, and iteration
- Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and data models to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to refine both functionality and user experience
- Troubleshoot complex technical and experiential challenges in dynamic enterprise environments
- Optimize existing solutions for performance, maintainability, usability, and scalability
- Demo completed solutions and clearly explain both functional and UX design decisions
- Document reusable patterns, best practices, and solution components across logic and UX
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Tonkean platform and provide feedback to Product teamsand high adoption.
ABOUT YOU
- Have 3+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, automation, or technical customer-facing roles
- Are comfortable working with no-code or low-code platforms and thinking in systems and user flows
- Have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integration patterns
- Care about user experience and how solutions feel to the people using them
- Enjoy solving ambiguous problems where both the technical and UX solution need to be shaped
- Are curious about how AI can augment the way solutions are built and delivered
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership over outcomes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, customer success, and design teams.
- Startup mindset with the ability to build scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
