About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering transformative technology solutions that support community organisations and the people they serve. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through implementation, and ensure they get the most out of our platforms.

This role can be based in either our Brisbane or Melbourne office, offering flexibility, collaboration, and the chance to work with some of the most passionate professionals in the sector.


Key duties and responsibilities

  • Analyse customer requirements using a variety of methods including stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Respond to sales enquiries and generate proposals.
  • Configure Infoxchange's client and case management solutions for customers based on agreed scope. Includes being able to apply one or all of the following programming languages: JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and SQL. 
  • Monitor and update task and project management records in Infoxchange business systems.
  • Design solutions that satisfy customer needs utilising existing features of the product 
  • Provide configuration support, including troubleshooting and resolution of bugs.
  • Responsible for all components of small to medium configuration projects, including management of scope, schedule, deliverables, and change. 
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, user guides and training materials.
  • Deliver training sessions to end users. 
  • Perform data migrations to and from Infoxchange’s client and case management solutions

About you

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, including requirements gathering and implementation of the product.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver internal and external, demonstration, presentations, and workshops.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering background, able to interpret the user story and provide fit for purpose solutions.
  • Proven customer engagement and business development capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.·      
  • Hands-on experience with programming/query languages such as JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and SQL.
  • Strong organisational and personal management skills.
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge or previous experience working in the not for profit and/or community services sector is highly valued.
  • Proven experience undertaking projects working to scope, time, and budget.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with analysis tasks including writing user stories, functional requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria.
