Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in helping clients successfully deploy and integrate our enterprise software solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process, and ensure a smooth and seamless transition to our platform. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the software, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy problem-solving while delivering impactful results in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell or additional services.
     

  • Solution Design & Configuration: Collaborate with clients to design and configure software solutions, ensuring alignment with their business processes and workflows. Customize the application to meet specific client needs while maintaining best practices.
     

  • Project Management: Lead and manage implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, meeting milestones, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
     

  • Training & Support: Deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring clients can effectively use the software. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the implementation process.
     

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration guides, training materials, and implementation plans, ensuring consistency and clarity for both clients and internal teams.
     

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure the successful implementation and resolution of client needs.
     

  • Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process, providing timely solutions to minimize client disruption.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience engaging directly with customers, supporting the implementation and configuration of enterprise software solutions

  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users

  • Ability to understand customer use cases and requirements and effectively translate those into a technical solution

  • Understanding of JSON and SQL

  • Experience with Databricks

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Willingness to align workday to Eastern timezone hours. Preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience engaging directly with customers, supporting the implementation and configuration of enterprise software solutions

  • Experience scoping and building analytical charts and dashboards

  • Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs

  • Knowledge of Pandas for data manipulation and analysis

  • Experience with Snowflake

  • Experience with Kubernetes

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
