About the role:
As Implementation Consultant, you would be in charge of configuring application, developing reports, and ensuring that the eFront ERM solution meet client-specific requirements. The eFront Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) application is a web-based, highly configurable, application used by >60 eFront/BlackRock clients in insurance, banking and industrial sectors, worldwide!
We use validated functional documents, Project Manager and Project Manager Officer instructions, and improvement/bug tickets, to develop a good understanding of functional use cases and the client's data model. Enabling you to accurately configure the application and develop reports following implementation guidelines and conduct first-level testing of your work.
Based in Belgrade office, within an already well-established team of consultants in that field and application, you will report to a local Team Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop sophisticated skills and knowledge in business, functional and technical areas. Be able to understand business, in order to accurately perform applicative parametrization of the solution used by clients.
Design, develop, and deliver functional reports using technologies such as SQL, Front-Script and eFront reporting tools.
Configure reports and configuration application on the basis of specifications and data model provided by Project Management team.
Keep Project Manager and Project Manager Officer informed about progress on the work you're doing. Additionally, actively determine and resolve any potential obstacles that could impact timely completion of requested features.
Manually test the parameterized elements (including the data creation within the solution vital for these tests, and design/writing of the tests in question).
Share experience and encountered issues and solutions with the rest of the team in a general prospect of a continuous and highly collaborative improvement scheme.
About you:

Bachelor’s or master's degree or equivalent experience

Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English.

Strong analytical and reasoning skills, self-starter, flexible, multifaceted and enthusiastic.

Prior experience or training in SQL queries with a sensibility to performance (data retrieval, DML in certain situations).

Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel

Some knowledge of French would be appreciated

Programming or scripting (preferred languages but not exclusively: .NET, JS, SQL, Python, or some language entitled for large amount of data processing)

Setup of some BI tools (such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau… eFront ERM has its own "in-house" solution that will be part of the things for you to be trained on and learn)

Setup of some other web-based application
