Job Description
DESCRIZIONE
Si occupa, a livello operativo, dell’insieme delle diverse attività necessarie per la gestione della logistica e dei magazzini aziendali presenti in loco.
ATTIVITA’

Coordinare la gestione del magazzino;

Verificare con il supporto degli Impiegati di Magazzino, il corretto ricevimento dei materiali e il loro stoccaggio;
-
Gestire in collaborazione con l’Impiegato dell’Ufficio Acquisti gli ordini di approvvigionamento dei materiali;
-
Programmare e controllare il flusso e lo stoccaggio del materiale;
-
Amministrare il magazzino e gestire il flusso informativo dei materiali;
-
Gestire gli approvvigionamenti dei cantieri avvalendosi del supporto degli Impiegati di Magazzino e coordinandosi con i Capi Cantiere;
-
Effettuare periodicamente gli inventari con il supporto degli Impiegati di Magazzino;
-
Gestire la corretta compilazione e archiviazione documentale coordinandosi con la Segreteria Tecnica e l’Ufficio Acquisti;
-
Controllare l’allineamento dei dati di giacenza, inventario, ecc.
