Immigration Advisor, UK

Are you experienced in corporate immigration, and wanting to be driving the future of the industry, as part of a fast growing, AI technology driven Immigration company?

We would be looking for you to head up our UK Immigration practice, enjoying responsibility for ensuring Jobbatical’s success in this key growth market, where you will be driving best in class client satisfaction, and ultimate future team growth.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have completed your OISC exam, combined with having experience of independently managing corporate immigration cases. 

We are a diverse and growing team of 70 people, currently delivering in-house immigration across Europe.    

You will be working from home within the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and manage immigration cases, including designing immigration process, preparing immigration related documentation, arranging consultants to accompany in-person immigration appointments, communicating with clients, assignees, Embassies and Government institutions
• Provide Immigration  related consultations for clients and Assignees
• Build and maintain immigration processes, workflows and guidelines
• Assist and manage immigration and relocation-related projects 
• Support your colleagues with immigration-related information preparations
• Participate in sales meetings/conferences/meetings as needed
• Help customize  our platform according to the country’s needs

To be successful on the role you need:

• Level 1 or 2 OISC registered immigration advisor 
• Fluent communicator in English. Other languages are a plus
• Be a people person, and able to show empathy and emotional intelligence
• Be tech savvy
• Able to organize and prioritize and be an excellent communicator 

Desired knowledge and experience:

• have knowledge of the full relocation process 
• have experience in a corporate client-facing position
• have experience working with colleagues in multiple countries
