Maxar is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated imagery specialist/analyst. In a team environment, this individual will effectively manage Maxar's largest customer within the US government. You will serve as the customer's advocate within Maxar, provides synergy between the customer and Maxar during all stages of the product cycle, and coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Excellent working knowledge of customer and order management systems as well as working knowledge of Maxar products, services, and ISO procedures preferred.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processes archive orders and prepare quotations and tasking feasibilities
- Prepares basic reports
- Perform Image Archive searches
- Route complex customer and technical issues based on established procedures
- Training and development
- Follows standard guidelines and established procedures
- Work under the direction of EOCL Operations Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service/related experience
- GIS (Geography) knowledge a plus
- US Citizen
- Willing and able to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
- Technically competent with computer hardware and software systems
- Effective problem-solving and basic analytical skills
- Experience with MS Office, Word, and Excel software packages
- Detail-oriented
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- ArcGIS skills a plus
- SAP knowledge a plus
- Shift work may be required - 24x7 availability (on-call)

In support of pay transparency at Maxar, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $74,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
