As Image Quality Lab Engineer in SQUAD, you will be at the forefront of image quality innovation in home security technology. In this role, you'll work closely with our embedded software and hardware teams, bridging the gap between the latest imaging technology and practical implementation in our devices.
Job SummaryAs a key member of our device engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and validating image quality for our diverse product line. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing the integration of software algorithms with hardware capabilities, ensuring our cameras deliver exceptional performance in various lighting conditions and environments.
Responsibilities and Duties- Work closely with software development teams to understand new feature requirements and specifications.
- Provide valuable feedback to software engineers based on test results and performance metrics.
- Experience in a test or development role as part of a product development organization which has delivered consumer products.
- Personal interest in camera technologies and Image Quality
- Experience in camera image processing like 3A, demosaic, noise reduction.
- Experience in objective image quality in laboratory environments.
- Experience in Python software programming
- Experience in using cameras.
- Experience in camera technologies like image sensors, optics, ALS and illumination (WLED, IR LEDs)
