Your Role:
As part of our Art Team, you’ll be responsible for creating illustrations that align with our established visual style. You'll contribute to building a cohesive artistic vision across our projects, working closely with other artists and team members to bring our worlds to life.
What You’ll Do
• Produce high-quality illustrations that match our established art direction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain visual consistency across projects.
• Help develop characters, scenes, and assets that resonate with players.
Technical skills:
• Strong illustration skills, with a solid grasp of anatomy, poses, and expressions.
• Good understanding of lighting, shading, and color theory.
• Familiarity with video game platforms, genres, and mechanics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar illustration/design tools (please specify).
Your Profile:
• Adaptability and style versatility.
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate.
• Passionate about animation and video games in general.
• Knowledge about the Ironhide titles and their mechanics.
• Experience developing video games (for companies or independently).
• Academic training related.
• Good English language skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location: Montevideo, Uruguay.
Working Location: Hybrid

What We Do
Ironhide is a video game studio founded in 2010 by three friends. We work in developing games for mobile devices and PC. The Kingdom Rush saga, our first IP, made its way to the first spot of the App Store. Following its predecessor, Iron Marines our latest game, reached the same spot. We are currently working on a new Kingdom Rush and we hope to keep making everyone happy with it!
