Job Description:

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking an ICAM Agile IT Project Manager to support our Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program at Ft. Meade, Maryland.
As an ICAM Agile IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing engineering actions for the Identity Provider (IdP) area of work. You will be working day-to-day with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including operators, end-users, engineering, development, integration, and program stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing assigned projects adhering to Agile framework and methodologies.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Assist with the development of defining scope and work schedules for assigned projects
  • Coordinate the development of deliverables, products, and prototypes
  • Work closely with assigned team members to prioritize workloads and complete projects on schedule
  • Review future project requirements and develop strategies for future work
  • Lead all assigned activities as part of the sprint lifecycle
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with project completion
  • Interact with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff to communicate status updates, resolve issues, remove roadblocks, etc.
  • Work closely with program leadership to develop roadmaps
  • Participate in daily briefs and provide updates and reports on project-related activities
  • Perform other job-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years leading IT projects
  • Expert experience with Agile methodologies
  • Understand and communicate complex, technical, engineering issues
  • Experience working with software engineers and developers
  • Experience managing cross-discipline teams
  • Active DoD 8570 baseline (Security+ CE)
  • Secret clearance

Desired Experience:

  • Familiarization with ICAM components, such as AAP, MUR/MER, IdP, PAM, ABAC, a plus
  • Familiarization with ICAM or comparable identity management technology
  • Familiarization with DoD customers and environment

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
