At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our UniQue Helsinki team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Design and implement Azure-based IAM solutions, including Azure AD, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and federation services for both internal and external users.
- Develop and maintain IAM architecture and transition plans, supporting the migration from a custom-built system to a modular, cloud-native environment.
- Define authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle policies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
- Architect the decoupling of legal entity and contact management functionalities, enabling their re-use as standalone components in the future IAM landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Legal) to deliver integrated, secure, and compliant identity solutions.
- Produce technical documentation, including solution designs, authentication flows, integration blueprints, and governance procedures.
- Conduct risk and compliance assessments related to IAM modernization, modularization, and hybrid cloud operations.
- Apply cost-optimization (FinOps) principles, balancing security, scalability, and financial efficiency in IAM decisions.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- At least 5 years of experience as an identity and access management architect / senior engineer performing above key tasks.
- An excellent command of the English language, corresponding to at least level C1
