Additionally:
- A completed ICT education at HBO level.
- Relevant IAM or security certifications, or you are willing to pursue these.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience and are eager to acquire additional relevant knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address security issues.
- Well-developed analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to independently handle tasks.
- Self-confidence and good social communication skills that enable you to independently interact with stakeholders and (internal) clients.

- IAM Tools: Experience with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager [MIM].
- Ticketing Tools: Understanding of ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure AD, MIM, MFA and managing Dynamic distribution list is an advantage.
You will manage day-to-day operations and the proactive administration of accounts and access rights for both logical and physical systems, oversee identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning and access reviews, and implement and maintain role-based and attribute-based access control policies. You will support authentication mechanisms such as SSO, MFA and federated identity management, use IAM tools like SailPoint and Priviledge Management tools. Additionally, you will conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with IT, security and business stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions, resolve incidents via ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, and document work instructions while driving improvements to existing services.
For this position, candidates must be an EU resident or live in The Netherlands, since we do not offer relocation budget.
