As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and resolving Okta related incidents, requests, and changes.
- Monitoring of Okta security, agents, imports, and certificate lifecycle.
- Escalating and collaborating with higher levels of support including 3rd party.
- Adhering with ITIL change management processes.
- Responsibilities include rotational, 24/7 on call support.
- Learning, partnering with senior teammate to participate in project to polish and showcase your learn skills.
To be successful in this role you
Must have:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in IAM implementation or Level 2 support.
- Be willing to work in US and Europe rotaion shifts.
- Have experience implementing and supporting Okta and any other IAM solutions.
- Be able to support application integration with Okta.
- Have knowledge of process and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth.
- Have knowledge of API integration with Okta for authentication.
- Have knowledge and experience configuring Okta policies for global session, authentication, and authenticator enrolment.
- Have experience with Okta Access Gateway including deployment, maintenance, and application onboarding.
- Have experience with Okta agents including Active Directory, LDAP, and RADIUS.
- Have experience in technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS.
- Have good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good to have:
- Have Okta training certification.
- Have experience implementing Okta workflows.
- Have experience with Okta provisioning agent.
- Have knowledge or experience on any other IAM technology such as digital certificate.
- Have programming experience, PowerShell
