KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate innovation and ideation initiatives aligned with the Bank’s strategic and transformation objectives.
- Partner with business units to identify challenges, opportunities, and improvement areas through customer insights, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate ideation workshops, design thinking sessions, and innovation programmes to generate and evaluate solutions.
- Develop, validate, and pilot innovative concepts, business cases, prototypes, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive process, product, and digital innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Business functions.
- Monitor innovation performance through governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities and best practices.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible risk management.
- Maintain knowledge repositories, documentation, lessons learned, and management reports to support organizational learning.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Innovation, Design, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in banking, business transformation, innovation management, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading innovation, design thinking, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of innovation frameworks, Agile methodologies, structured problem-solving, and business transformation practices.
- Experience in business case development, feasibility assessments, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
Skills Required
