Works closely with other Supervisors and Management to provide leadership and supervision for shop and field operations.  Interfaces directly with customers and sales personnel to ensure work to be completed is scheduled appropriately to meet customer requirements. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the flowback package is equipped with all required tools and spare parts as per pre-deployment check list and work with field coordinators as per job criteria
  • Supervise and/or perform installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment; record and document maintenance work performed
  • Minimally supervise involvement in the repairs, rebuilding, and maintenance of equipment (not to include welding or major engine repairs)
  • Understand trouble shooting and field repairs of equipment
  • Inspection, calibration, and installation of equipment
  • Communicate regularly with the customer representative and General Manager regarding job program and operational parameters
  • Report all incidents and accidents to the appropriate company official and customer representative
  • Submit all required safety reports to Management
  • Perform all work in accordance with all SOP and ensure compliance to government regulations, DOT logbook, journey management, industry, and company policies
  • Attend and actively participate in all required safety meetings
  • Assist in logistics associated with execution of job
  • Participation in training and mentorship duties
  • Conduct regular observations of crew members, ensuring that:
  • Safe operating procedures are followed
  • All equipment is being operated in accordance to job specifications, applicable regulations and with company policies
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of all required documentation, daily tickets, data collection, billing information and chargebacks on field jobs
  • Responsible for good housekeeping and cleanliness on locations and in the shop
  • Perform pre- and post-job maintenance of equipment

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Supervise shift up to 3 or 4 crew members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
  • Ability to work as part of a team 

Education and Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Computer literate
  • On-the job training offered
